Semira Kasimati, Vice President and COO
Ms. Kasimati serves as the Vice President and chief operating Officer for Valu Add Management Services. Ms Kasimati has an extensive experience of more than 17 years, focused in water supply and sewerage utility management and corporate governance. Her management skills have resulted to a successful record of achievements, particularly in implementing business planning, performance improvement and benchmarking concepts in water and wastewater sector in Albania, Lebanon, Philippines, Kosovo, and Montenegro. Ms Kasimati has been part of the Valu Add Team since its establishment in Albania in 2000, and has also played an important role to support the creation and operation of the Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania.
