Altin Hazizaj, Public Relation and Communication Specialist
Mr. Hazizaj has over 14 years of experience in the field of communication and public relations, working mainly with KfW projects in Albania and Kosovo. He has a broad based professional experience in dealing with pubic issues and public policy. He has provided public relations and communications consulting and training services in the water supply sector in Albania to include Lushnja, Kucove, Berat, Kruja, and Elbasan, and has a in-depth knowledge of the terminology used in the sector.
He is currently under contract to develop and deliver a training course on Customer Service for the Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania under USAID funding.
Mr Hazizaj is currently assisting Shkoder UK in the field of Public Relation and Customer Service under institutional Component of water Supply and Environmental Protection – lake Shkoder Project financed by KfW, Austrian Government and Swiss cooperation. He also worked with the staff of Berat Kocove Water Utilities developing its capabilities and skills to be as transparent and informative as possible with its customers.
